1.Choose the model

For current models, please let us know the item No. or send us the product photo, then confirm the quantity and capacity. For customized, please provide us with the product photo or design mock-up, we shall make a 3D visual for your confirmation and set up a mould.

2.Confirm the printing method

There are 5 printing methods for option as follow. Please choose the one your prefer. 
Silk screen printing---- applicable to 1-3 color logo. Gradient color is not possible. Logo is printed according to PMS provided. Print is baked in the oven for better durability.
Laser engraving-----applicable to metal even wood and bamboo. Logo is engraved by laser and lasts permanently. 
Full color printing----also called 4C printing. Applicable only to flat material especially on card. Usually applied when logo is colorful and color is gradient. 
doming epoxy---applicable to various kinds of material, like plastic, metal or PVC. It is made of sticker cover by epoxy, which looks shiny and it is corrosion- resistant
embossing---applicable to leather models. Logo is stamped in the leather.

3.Choose the packing

There are paper box, tin box, plastic box, blister, bamboo box and polybag for options. If none of these meets your needs, we can make customized box according to your request.

4.make a visual for confirmation

Our designer will make a visual showing the logo size and position for your confirmation first. AI or cdr for the logo should be provided by the customer. To avoid mistake, vectorgraph is strongly recommended. Logo PMS should be provided too.

5.make a sample and confirm

Make a pre-production sample for your confirmation. 
Sample can be confirmed by photo or send a physical sample to the customer for approval.

6.Confirm the contract

PI shall be sent for confirmation. 30% of the total value should be paid and the balance is to be settled before shipment.

7.Mass production

Mass production shall proceed as soon as the sample is confirmed. . It usually  takes 3-5 days.

8.Inspection and balance

Customers can come to the factory to inspect the goods. Balance should be paid for shipment once inspection passes 
For local customers, goods can be delivered to door by us.
For foreign customers, we shall send you mass production photos for confirmation before shipment.
